Collection of information for the survey is being undertaken in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The confidentiality of any information collected is protected under the provisions of the Act.

Any information obtained from each household is processed, stored, and used in a form that does not permit any particular household to be identified. Your contact information will not be shared with anyone for any purpose outside of this survey.

Per Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act requirements, your information will be retained for at least 12 months after the conclusion of data collection. After 12 months, we will delete your contact information. If after completing the survey you wish to withdraw your consent to collect your information, please email the City at hts@cityofkingston.ca.
